What is a Pet Profile?
A Pet Profile holds everything about the animal, in five areas:
- Core identity — name, species, breed(s), photo
- Age & size — date of birth or age, weight, gender
- Care & behavior — feeding, potty, alone-time, care instructions, personality
- Health & safety — spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, house training, compatibility with other animals
- Vet & emergency — vet contact, emergency contact, emergency spending authorization, medical notes
Sitters see basic pet details during booking and full care info inside the booking workflow.
What is a House Profile?
A House Profile covers the home and logistics:
- Basic identity & location — nickname, address, cross streets, GPS (address hidden until paid)
- Home type & layout — property type, floors, bedroom access, bathrooms, sleeping arrangements
- Access & security — entry method, codes, alarm, smart lock, parking, Wi-Fi (hidden until paid)
- Pet care & supplies — food, litter, cleaning supplies, leash/harness, medication storage
- House rules & areas — allowed/restricted spaces, confinement, guests, smoking, shoes, appliances
- Home responsibilities — mail, trash, plants, pool, packages, cleaning
- Emergency info, and which pets are linked to the home
